I have a fix! Running this on Win 10, I didn't get any sound at first and no food options appeared. This is how I resolved the issue:
- Right click on MrTomatoS.exe
- Click "Compatibility" tab
- Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
- Select "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)"
- Click "OK" button
Then I was able to run the game with sound and food options, and greatly angering Mr. TomatoS.
